LONG NECK KAREN VILLAGE ADDRESS: Chiang Mai Thailand 🇹🇭WRAPPED STICKY RICE & BANANA: Soak rice overnight. Place rice and banana on a banana leaf and wrap it tightly. Boil for 2 hours. 🇹🇭SAUSAGES: Mix together roasted Makwan, roasted chilies, mashed Makwan & chili, minced pork, minced pig kidney, minced spring onion, coriander, and cilantro. Season with salt and powder. Stuffed the mix to pig organs and tie the ends. Boil for an hour and then roast for an hour. 🇹🇭 VEGETABLE CURRY: Boil water and add in pumpkin, potatoes, bamboo shoots, green beans, and green mustard. Season with salt & powder. 🇹🇭 MINCED CHICKEN IN BIANJAI LEAF: Minced the whole chicken and then add minced peanuts, spring onions, coriander, and cilantro. Seasoning with turmeric, white chives, Thai chili, Makwan, salt, and powder. Add filling in Bianjai leaf and wrap.
