Paranormal investigator Zak Bagans and his crew investigate a notoriously haunted home in Gary, Indiana. Referred to as the "portal to Hell" and possessed by "200 demons," Zak and his crew were unprepared for what awaited them. Cameraman Adam has several paranormal encounters causing his behavior to become erratic and disturbing. When he becomes a danger to the rest of the team, Zak is forced to remove him from the crew.
