Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add bacon strips and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess fat. 2. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and pour them into the pan over medium heat (can use the same pan as the bacon cooked in). Stirring occasionally until cooked through but still soft and moist. 3. Add the slices of cheese to the egg and fold until the cheese is covered. 4. Slice the bun in half and toast until golden and slightly crispy. 5. Spread a layer of ketchup across both sides of the toasted kaiser bun. Place the cooked bacon strips on the bottom half. Add the cheesy eggs on top of the bacon. Close the sandwich with the top half of the Kaiser bun and serve.
