FDA pulls proposed rule banning minors from tanning beds

The Food and Drug Administration has withdrawn a proposed rule banning minors from tanning beds. The federal rule, first brought forward more than a decade ago, would have prevented minors from using indoor sunlamps or tanning beds, and had adults sign a waiver acknowledging the health risks.
